Delivery times
The delivery times for our products vary depending on the type of products selected and their availability.
All items already available in our warehouse are usually shipped within 10 working days of receipt of payment. However, for products that require ad hoc production or that must be sourced directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, delivery times can range from 15 to 40 working days.
The delivery time is specified directly on the page of each individual product.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area. The cost will be specified during the purchase and payment process.
We recommend that you group your items into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them.
Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. The boxes are of reasonable size and your items are well protected.
