On our website, requesting free samples of tiles is possible and very simple.
The sampling service is free: you only have to pay the shipping costs, which will be fully refunded if you confirm your order.
The tile sampling service: costs and procedure
Requesting a tile sample is a free service: you only have to pay the shipping costs, which are €15 + VAT for deliveries throughout the UK, including the islands.
If you confirm your order, the shipping costs for the samples will be fully refunded.
The sampling service is available for all products whose product sheet contains the clickable link ‘REQUEST A FREE SAMPLE’. If you request a sample of interlocking paving, the shipping costs may exceed £15 + VAT as this is a heavy material.
The following payment methods are accepted for samples:
- bank transfer;
- PayPal.
The sample shipping service is only available in Italy. If you are located in an EU or non-EU country and would like to receive a sample, please contact us at info@folyexport.com.
The procedure for requesting samples
Requesting tile samples through the Foly Export Ceramiche website is very quick and easy. For your convenience, we have summarised all the steps below:
- Click on the ‘REQUEST A FREE SAMPLE’ link in the product sheet;
- You will be redirected to the page of the selected sample product;
- Click on ‘add to basket’ and complete the purchase.
Please note that the cost of £15 + VAT is for each individual sample. The size of the sample tile varies depending on the model chosen and will never be less than 30x60.
