Wood effect porcelain

Wood-effect porcelain stoneware is the perfect solution if you are looking for a floor that is easy to clean, that is not too delicate and, above all, that is warm and cosy.

The advantage of wood effect tiles is precisely the fact that they are not as delicate as real wood. You can therefore decide to lay them in any room of your house, precisely because they do not require too much maintenance. Moreover, if you have underfloor heating, you will not even feel like you have a faux wood floor.

I will give you a piece of advice, which concerns this type of tile in particular: many people would like to lay wood effect stoneware without joints, so that they see a uniform floor that does not look like it is covered with faux wood tiles. This, by law, is not allowed, as a joint of at least 2 mm is compulsory; after laying, floors settle and if you do not lay tiles with a minimum joint and there is damage, you risk that the insurance company will not cover you because the laying rules have not been respected.  To lay with the minimum joint, choose a rectified wood effect porcelain stoneware.

Every tile is different from others: color and venings changes to make a natural wood effect.
